Brunch Cocktails


Frozen Mimosa

2 cups OJ or Grapefruit Juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 oz Honey Lavender Elixir
3/4 cup water
⅔ c vodka

Place all ingredients in a freezer safe container and freeze. If you would like to use grapefruit instead of OJ, cut the lemon juice to 1 oz. OUNCES may also be substituted for CUPS if you would like a smaller batch.  Scoop frozen mixture into glass of choice and top with dry sparkling wine such as Prosecco or Cava.

Behave Yourself

1 ½ oz gin
1 oz Blueberry Lavender Shrub
¼ oz lemon juice
Grapefruit bitters

Add bitters, gin, and shrub to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with prosecco. Garnish with lemon twist and fresh blueberries.

Bloody Mary Mix

3 cups V8 juice (Low Sodium)
3 cups Regular Tomato Juice
½ cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tbs Freshly grated horseradish
2 Tbs Bourbon Barrel Worcester Sauce or Maggi
1 tsp Celery Seed
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
1 chipotle chili in adobo sauce
Celery Bitters

Optional Spice Rim:

Spiced Rim Salt:
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Celery Salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Build each Bloody Mary with 2 ounces of vodka, tequila, bourbon, or other spirit of choice and top with mix.  Stir gently.  Garnish to an embarrassing degree.

Peppadew Peppers
Pickled Olives
Cornichons or Pickles
Any Pickled Veggies
Salami or other cured meats

Crudo Rojo

1.5 oz tequila
3 oz Bloody Mary Mix
12 oz Mexican beer

Rim glass with Tajin. In bottom of shaker pour tequila and BM mix- tip back and forth a couple time and dump into Tajin rimmed glass. Garnish with lime and serve with can of mexican beer.

Coffee Creek Cooler

1.5 oz Demerara Rum or Tequila
.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
.5 oz Ramazzotti Amaro
Shake Orange Bitters
Shake Aztec Choc Bitters

Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until spirits are very cold. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with fresh orange peel.


2 oz cold brew coffee
1 oz Campari
.5 oz orange curacao

Build cocktail in a rocks glass. Stir gently and add ice. Garnish with orange peel.  For a boozier version, add 1 oz of brandy.
