Make & Muddle Old Fashioned
1.5 oz bourbon
.5-.75 oz 7 Syrup
Dash of orange bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
Decorative Gourd Season
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Apple Cider Reduction
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz Cynar
.5 oz. 7 Simple Syrup
Dash Aromatic Bitters
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add first six
ingredients and shake until cold. Strain contents
from shaker into an old fashioned glass with ice.
Garnish with lightly salted apple slice.
Bourbon Cider Slush
2 cups bourbon
2 cups Apple Cider
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup Make & Muddle 7 Syrup
Mix in a freezer proof container. Scoop into glass and top with prosecco.
Make & Muddle Fall Sangria
6 oz full bodied red wine
.5 oz brandy
.5 oz 7 Syrup
Splash of lemon
Mix all ingredients in a large wine glass. Add ice and diced seasonal fruit.
.75 oz apple cider reduction
.75 oz 7 syrup
.75 orange vodka or other spirit of choice
Mix first three ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stain into a champagne flute or chilled coupe. Top with a dry sparkling white wine.
1 oz blanco or reposado tequila
3/4 oz Amara Amaro d’Arancia
1 oz blood orange juice
1/2 oz 2 Pepper Agave Syrup
Rim half of a rocks glass with Make & Muddle Smokin’ Hibiscus Rim. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain into prepared rocks glass with fresh ice.
Frozen Mexican Hot Chocolate (Zero Proof/Spirit Free)
1 pint chocolate ice cream
.5 cups milk
¼ cup 7 Syrup
Cocoa and Cinnamon for dusting
Mix everything in a blender. Pour into cups and top with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa and cinnamon.
1 cup Vanilla Vodka
1 cup bonded Old Grandad Bourbon
1 cup 7 cream
3.5 cups cold brew coffee
Mix all ingredients together in a large punch bowl. Float coffee ice cubes in the punch bowl. Garnish with 7 Syrup whipped cream or a decadent scoop of vanilla or cinnamon ice cream.
Pumpkin Spiced Milkshake (Zero Proof/Spirit Free)
2 c vanilla Ice Cream
½ c pumpkin puree
¼ c 7 syrup
¼ c milk
¼ c softened cream cheese
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Garnish with 7 Syrup whipped cream.
1 quart Cider
¼ cup 7 syrup or 7 Spice Sachet
*1 oz favorite brown spirit (we especially love rum or bourbon in this!)
Add cider and 7 syrup or spices to a crock pot or pot on the stove. Heat until small bubbles begin to form around the edge. Do not boil. Serve in your favorite mug. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or apple slice.
