Basil Gimlet
1.5 oz gin
.75 oz basil syrup
.75 oz lime juice
Basil Leaf garnish
Muddle several fresh basil leaves with a lime wedge in a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 22 seconds or until very cold. Double strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe glass.
Peach Basil Gimlet
1.5 oz gin
.25 oz basil syrup
.5 oz peach syrup
.75 oz lime juice
Half a peach
Basil Leaf Garnish
Muddle several fresh basil leaves and wedge of peach with a lime wedge in a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 22 seconds or until very cold. Double strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe glass.
Champagne Americana
2 oz bourbon
½ oz SS or 7 Syrup
Dash Aromatic Bitters
Dash Orange Bitters
Champagne or Dry Sparkling Wine like Prosecco
Lemon Peel for Garnish
Add bourbon, syrup, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until very cold. Strain into a tulip champagne flute and top with a dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Cucumber Mint Mule
2 oz Spirit (vodka or bourbon)
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Cucumber Mint Mixer
Sprig of Fresh Mint for Garnish
In a ceramic glass or copper mug with ice, add bourbon or vodka, fresh lime juice, Citrus Cucumber Mint Mixer and stir. Add ginger beer and stir to combine all ingredients. Top with wedge of lime and sprig of mint or cucumber slice.
