Mocktail/Zero Proof Recipes

20190113_143830Not imbibing or have guests not imbibing?  We have you covered!  We believe there is a seat for everyone at the bar, regardless of whether you have spirits in your beverage.  Here are a few tried and true favorites for our products!  Cheers!

2 Pepper Agave Mocktail

Meet Cute

1 oz syrup
A little less than 1 oz lemon juice
Long lemon peel
Sprig of rosemary
Spiral lemon twist around collins glass- filling with ice as you go. Add give rosemary a couple smacks to wake it up and place sprig down the center of the glass. Fill ½ way with soda. Add syrup fill remaining way with soda. Use Bar spoon or Chopstick to stir and help place lemon twist and rosemary sprig. Adjust sweetness/tartness by adding more or less of syrup or lemon juice.

7 Syrup Mocktail

7 Spice Cream and Winter Coffee

14 oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
14 oz Half and Half
14 oz 7 syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Mix ingredients well and refrigerate. Add about 2 oz cream to about 8 oz of coffee. Top with 7 syrup whipped cream and dust with espresso powder.

Orange Ginger Cranberry Shrub Mocktail

1.5 oz Orange Ginger Cranberry Shrub
Lemon Soda
Lemon wedge
Fresh mint sprig and fresh cranberries for garnish

In an old fashioned glass with ice, mix shrub, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and soda. Garnish with fresh cranberries and fresh sprig of mint.

Honey Lavender Elixir

Honey Bee

1.5 oz Elixir
1 oz lemon juice
Seltzer water

Mix all ingredients in a glas with ice.  Top with seltzer water.  Garnish with lemon peel.
