Recipes for Honey Lavender Elixir

The Queen Bee

1.5 oz vodka
1.5 oz Elixir
1.5 oz lemon juice

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with ice and top with either prosecco, seltzer, or still water.

Small Town Girl

1.5 oz vodka
1.5 oz Elixir
1.5 oz grapefruit juice
5 oz lemon juice

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with ice and top with either prosecco, seltzer, or still water.

Gin Toddy

1.5 oz gin
1 oz grapefruit juice
Squirt lemon
1 oz Elixir

In a coffee mug, mix all ingredients.  Top with hot water.  Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Make & Muddle Lemon Drop

3 oz vodka
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz Make & Muddle Honey Lavender Elixir

Chill a martini or coupe glass as you mix this cocktail. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until very cold. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Inebriated Evangelist

3 oz Coconut water
1 ½ oz London Dry gin
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz orange juice
½ oz Honey Lavender Elixir
1 oz seltzer
1 dash orange bitters

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.  Shake until very cold.  Strain into a Tiki glass with fresh crushed ice.  Garnish with lime zest grated over cocktail.

Recipes for 7 Syrup

Make & Muddle Old Fashioned

1.5 oz bourbon
.5-.75 oz 7 Syrup
Dash of orange bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange peel.

Rose Island Punch

1 oz citrus mix
1 oz 7 Syrup
1.5 oz Blended dark Rum
1.5 oz brandy
2 shakes Aromatic Bitters or Tiki Bitters
Orange Cherry flag garnish

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.  Shake until very cold.  Strain into a Tiki glass with fresh crushed ice.  Garnish with a slice of orange and cherry flag.

Decorative Gourd Season

2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Apple Cider Reduction
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz Cynar
.5 oz. 7 Simple Syrup
Dash Aromatic Bitters

In a cocktail shaker with ice, add first six
ingredients and shake until cold. Strain contents
from shaker into an old fashioned glass with ice.
Garnish with lightly salted apple slice.

Make & Muddle Sangria

6 oz full bodied red wine
.5 oz brandy
.5 oz 7 Syrup
Splash of lemon

Mix all ingredients in a large wine glass. Add ice and diced seasonal fruit.

Sweater Weather

.75 oz apple cider reduction
.75 oz 7 syrup
.75 orange vodka or other spirit of choice
Sparkling wine

Mix first three ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stain into a champagne flute or chilled coupe. Top with a dry sparkling white wine.

Recipes for 2 Pepper Agave Syrup

Relationship Juice

1.5 oz G4 blanco tequila
1 oz Dolin dry vermouth
1 oz lemon juice
½ oz 2 Pepper Agave Syrup
⅛ to ¼ tsp Sweetie Salty Spicy rim mix*

Rim ½ of coupe with sweetie salty spicy rim. Add all ingredients to shaker full of ice. If more heat is desired, add a little more rim mix to cocktail. Shake and strain into prepared coupe glass.  *Sweetie Salty Spicy Rim Mix is available online at our Etsy shop.

Bitter Blood

1 oz blanco or reposado tequila
3/4 oz Amara Amaro d’Arancia
1 oz blood orange juice
1/2 oz 2 Pepper Agave Syrup

Rim half of a rocks glass with salt or sweetie, slaty, spicy rim mix. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain into prepared rock glass with fresh ice.

Mondo Trasho

¾ oz Dark Rum
¾ oz Coconut Rum
1 ½ oz Pineapple juice
½ oz 2 Pepper Agave Syrup
½ oz lime juice

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.  Shake until very cold.  Rim rocks or Tiki glass with Tajin.  Strain into glass with fresh crushed ice.

Recipes for Orange Ginger Cranberry Shrub

The Griswold

1 ½ oz gin
1 ½ oz cranberry Shrub
Prosecco
Sparkling Lemonade
Grapefruit bitters

Add bitters, gin, and shrub to an old fashioned glass. Add ice and
stir. Top with 50/50 prosecco and sparkling lemonade. Gently
stir.  Garnish with lemon twist.

Make & Muddle Cosmo

1.5 oz vodka
1 oz shrub
Squirt of lime juice

In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake until very cold.  Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with lime twist.

 

Recipes for Blueberry Lavender Shrub:

Behave Yourself

1.5 oz botanical gin
.75 oz Blueberry Lavender Shrub
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Dash of grapefruit bitters

In a cocktail shaker with ice, shake all ingredients and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with prosecco or sparkling wine and garnish with fresh blueberries.

Lub Dub

1.5 oz Rum
1/2 oz Licor 43
1/2 oz Blueberry Lavender Shrub
3/4 oz lime juice

Rim Rocks glass with Tajin (Chili lime seasoning). Shake and strain into prepared glass with fresh ice.

Garnish with fresh blueberry pick.

Blue Bells

2 oz bourbon
1 oz blueberry lavender shrub
Seltzer water

Mix first two ingredients in a glass with ice. Top with seltzer and garnish with a lemon twist.

Recipes for Citrus Cucumber Mint Mixer

Citrus Cucumber Mint Slush

1 16 oz bottle Citrus Cucumber Mint Mixer
¾ C G4 Blanco tequila
½ c mezcal *

Mix all ingredients in a freezer safe container and freeze until solid. Rim a glass with Tajin. Scoop slush into prepared glass. *This recipe can also be made using all tequila.  Simply add 1.25 cups tequila to the bottle and mix.

Cucumber Mule

1.5 oz bourbon or vodka
.75 oz Cucumber Mixer
.25 oz fresh lime juice

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with fresh mint and wedge of lime.

Cucumber Collins

1.5 oz gin
1.5 oz cucumber mixer
Seltzer

In a tall Collins glass, mix first two ingredients with ice. Top with seltzer and garnish with fresh mint and lime.
