Cucumber Mint Tequila Slush
Citrus Mint Cucumber Mixer
16 oz Cucumber Mixer
⅔ C tequila
1 c water
Place all ingredients in a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 24 hours. Rim a glass with Tajin and scoop slush into glass and top with tequila or mezcal.
Queen Bee Slush
1 quart
1.5 cup vodka
.75 cup Honey Lavender Elixir
.75 cup lemon juice
.75 cup water
Mix all ingredients in a freezer safe container. Spoon frozen slush into a rocks glass and top with seltzer or prosecco.
Bourbon Slush-
1 gallon
5 cups brewed tea
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
4 cups orange juice
1 cup 7 syrup
3 cups Bourbon
1 cups water
Prosecco
Mix first six ingredients and freeze in a plastic container with a lid. Fill glass ½ way with ice. Scoop frozen slush into glass and top with Prosecco or sprite or ginger ale for a less boozy option. Garnish with an orange slice or cherries.
Mondo Trasho
¾ cup Dark Rum
¾ cup Coconut Rum
1 ½ cups Pineapple juice
½ cup 2 Pepper Agave Syrup
½ cup lime juice
1 cup water
Mix all ingredients in a freezer proof container. Freeze overnight. Scoop slush into a cup of choice and top with a dark rum pour over or a hard pineapple or lime seltzer.
