SHAKE IT UP COCKTAILS
1.5 oz gin
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz honey lavender elixir
Lemon twist for garnish
Add first 3 ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until very cold. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with prosecco. Garnish with lemon twist.
1.5 oz Bourbon
.75 oz 7 syrup
.75 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Egg white (optional)
Dash Aromatic Bitters
Bourbon Cherry for Garnish
Place all ingredients except garnish in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds. If using an egg white, strain into the other side of the cocktail tin, dump ice and then shake without ice (reverse dry shake) for 10 seconds. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice or a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a bourbon cherry.
2 oz Blanco tequila
1 to 1 ½ oz 2 Pepper Agave syrup
1 to ½ oz lime juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until very cold. Strain into a salt/sugar rimmed rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
1-2 TBS coarse Kosher salt
1 cup sugar
Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
Mix ingredients together and pour into a shallow dish or small bowl. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the cocktail glass and dip glass in the salt/sugar mixture.
