This is a perfect fall mimosa. They batch beautifully also. Just mix everything but the bubbles in a swing arm bottle using cups instead of ounces as a measurement. Pour 2 oz of mix into a champagne flute and top with bubbles.
.75 oz Apple cider reduction (take regular apple cider and boil until reduced by half)
.75 oz Orange vodka
.75 oz 7 Syrup
Prosecco or other dry bubbles
Mix first three ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a champagne flute or chilled coupe. Top with a dry sparkling white wine.
