Wisconsin is known for cheese, football, and supper clubs. Supper clubs were social clubs that sprang up in the 20th century where folks could go have a meal, a cocktail, and play some cards. The brandy Old Fashioned has its roots there. They still muddle a cherry and use brandy as their spirit of choice. We have replaced the muddled cherry with our 7 Syrup for this super smooth version.
