This smooth martini came from the brilliant mind of London mixologist Dick Bradsell at Fred’s Club in London. Rumor has it that a super model cam to the bar and asked for something to “Wake her up and f*ck her up”. Thus the Espresso Martini was born. Our 7 Syrup added to this cocktail is just the right amount of spice to compliment the richness of the espresso. If you do not have freshly brewed espresso on hand, cold brew concentrate will also work.
Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur such as Kahlua
0.5 oz Make & Muddle 7 Syrup
1 oz espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate)
Coffee beans for garnish
Instructions:
Chill a martini or coupe glass as you mix this cocktail. Add vodka, coffee liqueur & espresso to a shaker with ice and shake until very cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans, signifying health, wealth, and happiness.
