This frozen Mexican Hot Chocolate recipe is like the best chocolate milkshake you have ever had. If you want to turn it into a boozy version, substitute vanilla vodka for the milk.
1 pint Chocolate ice cream
.5 cup Milk
.25 cup 7 Syrup
Whipped cream and cinnamon sugar for dusting
Mix everything in a blender. Pour into cups and top with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa and cinnamon.
