A Christmas Carol

Raise your hand if you want to watch an obnoxiously wealthy asshole be haunted by a bunch of ghosts until he treats-and pays- his employee better? One of the lessons that resonates with us in this classic is that being present and grateful is always a good idea, no matter if you are rich or poor. Our 3 Herb Gracious Grapefruit Syrup was made with this in mind. This harvest season has made us more aware of how grateful for all of the customers and new friends we have made along the way and that y’all continue to keep us in business.

Ghost of Christmas Present

1.5 oz Bourbon
1 oz Gracious Grapefruit
.5 oz lime

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until very cold and strain into a fresh rocks glass with ice. Top with seltzer or Lime High Noon
