This is the season of the witch, y’all! Welcome to Eat, Drink & Be Scary week. We love Halloween because it’s a holiday that can be enjoyed equally by young and old alike, and we’re mere days from that spookiest night of the year. Make & Muddle is here to help you plan your own Frightful Event with delicious cocktails, mocktails and dessert beverages. We’re even sharing our exclusive Eat, Drink and Be Scary playlist available on Spotify.
The Many Eyed Ghost Coffee Punch cocktail came about when planning for a Halloween party. We needed to batch for the masses as we walked the neighborhood with the kiddos. We wanted something that would give us an extra energy shot to deal with kiddos hopped up on peanut butter cups and sour patch kids. Anyone who has had to carry a screaming 5 year old out of a party knows that sugar crash is real, yo!
This punch calls for our 7 Syrup Cream. That’s right! Our 7 Syrup is equally delicious in cooking, baking and condiment creations! Equal parts sweetened condensed milk, 7 Syrup, and half and half. This lives in my fridge all fall and winter. It is amazing. For a fun presentation, check out these skull ice cube mold trays. You can freeze cold brew instead of water and float coffee skulls in the bowl.
Cheers y’all!
Jennifer
