Holiday Classics Week 4 – Die Hard

It is that time of year when the great debate ensues- Is Die Hard a Christmas movie or not? We are firmly in the HELL YES camp here at Make & Muddle. This classic Bruce Willis movie has all the things we look for in a classic- ex wives, evil geniuses, and a great tag line! Face with Tears of Joy on Samsung One UI 4.0

Our first cocktail, Nakatomi Punch, includes not one, but TWO of our products, 7 Syrup and Orange Ginger Cranberry Shrub. The combination of the bourbon, red wine, and these two products creates Christmas in a cup, and I’ve included batching measurements to fill your biggest punch bowl!  Beautiful red color, AMAZING deep flavors, and all without bloodshed.  #yipeekiyaymotherfucker

4 oz Shredded gouda cheese
.75 c Walnut pieces, toasted and lightly salted
Zest from half an orange

In a food processor, add the first four ingredients. Process until smooth. Remove from the bowl with a spatula and form into a ball on a piece of parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 min. Remove from the fridge and adjust the shape if needed. Roll in the walnut pieces. This can also be served as a cheese spread. Simply serve it in your favorite bowl. You can add the walnuts to the spread or omit them, whatever your preference. Serve with your favorite crackers.
